All items purchased will incure shipping and handling charges unless other arrangements are previously made with an authorized INTERSTATE LIGHTING representative. Shipping and Handling charges are completely non-refundable. Shipping insurance available upon customer request.
Shipping Damage
If an order is damaged in transit it is the full responsibilty of the
carrier company to reimburse you for damages done or loss of item including any
and all shipping charges. Carrier is not liable for handling charges. WE ARE NOT
RESPONSIBLE IN ANY WAY FOR DAMAGES DONE BY CARRIER.
Returns
All returns must be approved by an authorized INTERSTATE LIGHTING customer
representative. Returns can ONLY be used for store credit. There is a 25%
restocking if the following conditions are not met: 1. You must obtain an RA
(return Authorization) number from us prior to returning your product. 2. The
item you are returning must be shipped to us double boxed or sufficiantly
packaged in bubble wrap. The return must be in the original box with all
original packaging including any manuals and warranty information. 3. If your
return is damaged in shipping due to poor packaging we will not accept the
return for a credit at all.

Although we strive to get your items to you safely, occasionally you may
recieve a defective item. In the event this should occur Interstate Lighting
will replace the defective item immediately and free of charge. Please note the
terms of our DEFFECTIVE PRODUCTS UPON ARRIVAL policy below: 1. You must notify
us within 24 hours of receipt of the order that there is a problem with
your item. 2. You must obtain a return authorization number from us before
merchandise can be returned to us
